Registration Information and Forms

Registration for Camp Quest Chesapeake 2012 is open!

Camp Quest Chesapeake will be held in a beautiful forest about 45 minutes south of Washington, DC. Camp will run from July 22-28, 2012. Kids must be at least 8 years old on the first day of camp to attend. Campers ages 16 and 17 will be counselors-in-training (CITs).

The early registration fee is $500 for the first camper and $475 for each additional camper from the same family. The basic registration form and $100 deposit must be submitted by April 30 to qualify for the early registration rate. Beginning May 1, the registration fee is $550 for the first camper and $525 for each additional camper from the same family. Limited financial aid funds (camperships) are available on a first-come, first-served basis (see below).

Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Please see below for a list of the application materials required to add your camper to the roster.

The registration deadline is June 21st.

Registration Process

Follow the steps below to register your camper(s) for Camp Quest Chesapeake:

  1. To reserve your camper's spot: Submit the basic registration form and $100 deposit by June 21, using one of these methods:
  2. Optional: Request financial aid (camperships).(Limited camperships may be available on a first come, first served basis, to cover all or part of the registration fee beyond the $100 deposit. If we are unable to accommodate your campership request, we will refund your $100 deposit in full.)
  3. Submit the additional forms required for registered campers by July 8, using one of these methods:
  4. Print and mail in the Physical Exam Form by July 8th. (This form must be filled out by your child's physician.)
  5. Submit a color photo of your child by July 8.

  6. Pay any remaining balance by June 21, using one of these methods:
