For which ages (CQ Chesapeake will have campers ages 8-17) is this activity most appropriate? Is this activity able to be modified to give the same experience to all the campers, keeping in mind different levels of understanding information? If so, how can this be done? If not, which age group is this activity geared toward?

Many campers may be unfamiliar with the science or ideas behind the activity in which they are participating. How should the leader introduce the activity and what background information should the campers be given to aid their understanding of the proposed activity? What information or experience should the campers come away with after participating in this activity?
